When will my order get shipped?
The turnaround time for your shipping is between 2 – 3 working days
How long is the delivery period?
This is depending on the delivery carrier you are choosing at checkout, but after dispatch:
- In Hungary the delivery is between 2 – 3 working days
- Within Europe mainland delivery is between 5 – 7 days
- Overseas delivery – This depends where the order is shipped to, but we will send you a follow-up email with an estimated delivery period.
Do you ship products internationally? (Outside EU zone)
Yes, we ship Worldwide! However, we are stilling working on postage cost based on continent zone, so we are unable to give a fix price for international postage.
I haven’t received my order, or my order is faulty and damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry for an error with your order. Please fill in the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Return / Cancellation order policy
Order cancellation:
Wait, I changed my mind about my order! No problem at all, you can cancel your order anytime within 24 hours from the moment you placed the order.

I just placed an order and I forgot to add other items! Can I add that to the same delivery?
Contact us at help@barbsiegraphy.com right away and we should be able to help if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Returning product
We did our best to ensure that the quality of our design and production material that you receive is the best quality. In any case you need to return the products, our policy is below:
- items can be returned within 30 days from the date you have received them
- items must be returned in their original condition and must be unused
- After the item is received a refund will be paid to the account that placed the order
Do you cover for the item return postage?
Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to cover any return postage. Buyers pay the return postage except if the items are damaged or faulty.
